What's for Dinner, Tues., Oct. 31, 2017

Getting ready for my small dinner party, which is very casual, with just a few long-time friends. Menu:

Hummus (two kinds, one has mango in it!) with celery sticks and miniature carrots
Flatbread and cracked wheat bread (TJs) with various spreads and dips
Black and green olives with feta cheese marinated in roasted tomatoes
Stuffed mushrooms (with chorizos, sauteed peppers, onions, and bread crumbs)
BBQ pork sandwiches on onion rolls
Chips
Roasted acorn squash using maple syrup
Coleslaw

Dessert is chocolate hazelnut cookies.

For drinking, I have pomegranate cider (in the slow cooker) and wine.

I saved the recipe. Thanks for the link. I had steak and cheese on gluten free rolls with provolone cheese, peppers and onion. a la publix using good deli roast beef ( used to get this in Georgia). We had chips, grapes and salad with homemade ranch and garlicky gluten free croutons.
