Try the Thanksgiving Menu Planner.
I already have mine planned, but I wanted to see what it would suggest. You answer a few questions to narrow down your choices and I told them I wanted to cook ahead for a large crowd. They suggested 16 dishes and close versions of 5 are on my menu.
I saved several of the others to consider next year.
