Lamb stew. I had a taste on my way in the door from work and oh, how tender. Has carrots and potatoes.
I also see spinach.
Salad is radishes, the sliced radish leaves, all mixed with olive oil and the remainder of my chow-chow canning juices (finished 6 pints, btw--hope to post pics soon).
Dessert: coconut pie and a little vanilla ice cream.

(58,785 posts)soup I had in the freezer and some torn lettuce with the kind of Cesar dressing made with mayo. Really enjoyed it, but the antithesis of bother.
