What's for Dinner, Mon., Nov. 13, 2017

Lamb stew. I had a taste on my way in the door from work and oh, how tender. Has carrots and potatoes.

I also see spinach.

Salad is radishes, the sliced radish leaves, all mixed with olive oil and the remainder of my chow-chow canning juices (finished 6 pints, btw--hope to post pics soon).

Dessert: coconut pie and a little vanilla ice cream.

I haven chosen yet.

There is a veritable cornucopia in the 'fridge.

Leaning towards:

half a Pork Chop
Broccoli
Bean soup
Tossed salad.

with a spicy BBQ sauce. A loaded pasta salad (ie - lots of veggies), and something else I have yet to come up with.

Cheese tortellini with pesto and tomatoes, caesar salad, garlic bread and lemon cookies.

soup I had in the freezer and some torn lettuce with the kind of Cesar dressing made with mayo. Really enjoyed it, but the antithesis of bother.
