What's for Dinner, Wed., Jan. 24, 2018

Fried rice with pork. For veggies I'm using asparagus, carrots, a little diced zucchini, and scallions. I believe the recipe calls for an egg, too, and to add a few shrimp.

Ginger beer to go along with it.

Cubes of chicken, potatoes, onions and bell pepper marinated overnight in olive oil and cajun spices, then baked.
On the side an iceberg wedge with creamy garlic dressing and fresh baked French bread.
