Soup and salad tonight.
The soup is curried meatballs. The vegetables are carrots, onions, potatoes, and--Major Grey's chutney! I was so happy to see this when I came home, as I love dishes made with this curry that the RG's granddaughter brought us from her trip to India.
Salad is a little roasted chicken, yellow carrot, and purple broccoli. It also has avocado. The dressing is made with coconut cream, ginger, and a little olive oil.
I might make some miniature corn muffins because I think they'd be good with the soup. If I do, I'll put a few blueberries in each muffin.

(12,253 posts)Tonight, I'm making filet mignon for the first time. (I finally got paid for writing a treatment) Besides the steak, it will be very simple with a baked potato and steam-sauteed Brussels sprouts.
