What's for Dinner, Thurs., Mar. 8, 2018

Lamb vindaloo. Got the idea a few weeks ago from a fellow poster on this board. I made it last night, since I knew I'd most likely be sawing branches and shoveling snow today. I'm putting chopped cashews and coriander over the top. Serving over Basmati rice.

Dessert: tres leches cake and a cup of hot mint tea.

I thought it was going to be a pot of chili, but I'm informed it will be something else.

Beef Stroganoff using leftover steak from last night.

One of my absolute favorites!

A wonderful blend of Portuguese and Indian fusion cuisine!

And yes, I enjoyed it very much and gave a big serving to someone who helped me with branch cutting yesterday, who also enjoyed it.
