Lamb vindaloo. Got the idea a few weeks ago from a fellow poster on this board. I made it last night, since I knew I'd most likely be sawing branches and shoveling snow today. I'm putting chopped cashews and coriander over the top. Serving over Basmati rice.
Dessert: tres leches cake and a cup of hot mint tea.
