What's for Dinner, Mon., Mar. 12, 2018

Tomato salad with basil, garlic, and bread. I think that's called panzanella?

I looked in the oven and there are two things: one is a tray of panini sandwiches. The other is some type of roast en croute.

Dessert: Haagen Daz Vanilla Swiss Almond, my favorite flavor.

I'll skip the fried egg on top, though. That ought to clean out some leftovers. Probably a salad too.

I'll likely have breakfast & lunch from this.
I love that flavor too, Cher.
