Tossed Boston lettuce salad with bits of zucchini, carrot, red onion.

We are having pozole rojo and cornbread muffins with banana pudding for dessert.

2. Bangers and mash

with an onion gravy. Mushy peas (of course!).

3. made a Reuben cassarole

kraut on the bottom of a baking dish
then canned corn beef and 1000 island dressing.
topped with 3 slices of toasted rye and shredded swiss
350 for 30 minutes ... hmm hmm good ...

5. Pork chops here, too! Baked with onions, capers, oregano and tomatoes

and served over rice. I had a bag of mixed collards so I sauteed some of those as a side.
