kraut on the bottom of a baking dish
then canned corn beef and 1000 island dressing.
topped with 3 slices of toasted rye and shredded swiss
350 for 30 minutes ... hmm hmm good ...

and served over rice. I had a bag of mixed collards so I sauteed some of those as a side.
