So, the answer to the question "What's for dinner?" is

Anything I want!

Wine and popcorn? Sure
A Giant Salad? Why Not?
Awesome leftovers?
Pizza?

I cook a lot, so a night off is fun stuff for me!

it works the same way. I have seen some recipes where the okra pieces are too large, dicing it is best. Most recipes call for minced onion, I add minced celery too. When it comes to seasoning I tend to keep it in the W/E Indian family with curry, tumeric and a little heat, but cajun seasoning works well too. If you are an okra fan, you are going to love these!
