I made a tossed green salad salad and used my mandoline for the carrots, cucumbers, and red pepper. Ruffled green leaves. Asian dressing with homemade ginger sesame seed orange dressing.
Chicken sandwich with guacamole, red onion, and turkey bacon.
Dessert: Steamed bread pudding with blackberries and whipped cream.

(4,494 posts)It's a cold dreary day and I don't feel like doing anything. I dropped a frozen brick of venison chili in the crock pot a while back. Sliced longhorn cheddar and crackers on the side later. Hubby plans to use his chili on a plate of nachos.

I'm solo in the country so I'll make a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato on a potato bun with baked beans and an apple for dessert.
