What's for Dinner, Wed., Apr. 18, 2018

Posting for others, as I don't know yet.

However, I was at another healthy foods in schools conference today and we had a luncheon buffet of sandwiches and wraps that were kind of unusual. I had a Thai veggie noodle wrap made with cellophane noodles, asparagus tips, carrots, scallions, and roasted peanuts. There was a dip to go with it that was made of peanut butter, tamari, cider vinegar, and some other type of sweetener, probably a little brown sugar. And it was spicy, too!

About a 1/4 rack of BBQ spare ribs left, some leftover potato salad, and probably a green salad too.

I'll have some soup later, either the bean soup I made or a veggie beef TJ made.
