Todays' is tomato based with bell peppers, mushroom, onions, shredded carrots with a single one inch birds eye chili( aka Thai Chili) minced. I washed my hands immediately.
Garlic butter on naan, glass of milk.
First time I've used a birds eye chili, it has a lot of heat. 🔥

I had chicken and apple sausages and dipped em in maple syrup. Sort of comfort food. My dog is very ill. I dont have much an appetite or the will to cook much. 😪
