What's for Dinner, Mon., June 11, 2018

A big, fresh, green salad with all the raw vegetables I have in the veggie bin, which is heirloom tomatoes, Persian cukes, celery, red onion or scallions, etc. On the side, some flatbreads and toasted, seasoned herb toasts.

If this isn't enough, a sandwich made of roasted yellow pepper, mozzarella, and arugula.

To drink, kombucha tea; flavor is tart cherry.

Bolognese sauce, dusted with sheep Parm cheese and a salad of fresh crisp lettuce topped with the very best virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar money can buy. Just. Yum. T

The power went off about an hour ago, , but it appears to have finished cooking.

I'll wait a while to see if power comes back on before I eat.

TJ is getting ready for work before it gets really dark.

FLFC is sound asleep.

ETA: When I hit the post button the lights came back on.
