With the classics: mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, and biscuits. I needed a blander meal and Hubby loves the comfort food.

A leftover, but very good.

One oatmeal cookie with decaf green tea. Just one cookie because I've been gaining weight rapidly. My physical activities have been curtailed, but my appetite remained the same. I have work to do on changing my eating habits.

TJ and FLFC are asleep, so they have to fend for themselves if they arise before dawn. They had chicken livers in gravy over rice earlier. Long ago I spent 4 years working in a research lab. One of my duties was to obtain fresh hen livers and extract an enzyme from them every couple of months. It put me off liver forever.
