Cioppino

I made the classic Italian seafood chowder tonight.

Recipe from Paul Newman's Own Cookbook.


I did a riff on the recipe and made my own marinara sauce in the morning. It has lobster tails, cod, and 2 lbs of mussels. (Yes, I remembered to get bread for the sauce.)

Now, IMO, it's really summer . . . . .
