What's for Dinner, Thurs., July 12, 2018

Appetizer: spicy sausages.

Pork roast, which has been marinating in herbs, peppercorns, and onion all day.

Tomato salad with scallions and herbs. Olive oil dressing.

Spinach and garlic, sauteed.

Asparagus with tiny bits of pancetta over it.

For dessert, vanilla Haagen Daz with chocolate chips and milano key lime cookies.

It's been a long day.

Bean and cheese tacos with sharp cheddar cheese, pico and sour cream on slightly toasted corn tortillas.

Sliced avocado with onion, lime and roma tomatoes as a salad.

Dessert... Hmmm... I found these little one serving gelato thingies and the grocery store...I picked up a lemon flavor and a pistachio. Not sure which one I'll choose.
