Making jelly today

I am taking advantage of the cooler weather to make elderberry jelly today. I've made 9 6-oz. jars. Should be enough for PB&J sammiches to last through the winter!

As my family does not like fact that I eat peanut butter and jelly, With a spoon no bread. And get jelly in peanut butter or peanut butter in the jelly. The human part of the family the dogs could care if I use my peanut butter to give them on bread.
