my marinade for sirloin tips

equal parts soy sauce, water and sugar (white, brown, or even honey);

thick slices of onion, fresh ginger and orange

garlic powder and black pepper

mustard (either dry or prepared)



Of course the quantities of these ingredients depend on how much beef you're marinading


I like to marinate in the fridge for at least 6 hours. I take the beef out of the fridge about 1/2 hour before I fire up the grill.
