"Simply Sarah" has a lot of videos on YouTube.

They all look easy to make, and the finished product looks great.

The onions appeared to be charred, not caramelized.

She didn't cut the hard centers out of the tomatoes.

With a few tweaks this would be delicious.

It looks delicious, but why don't these YouTubers include the recipe in the description? I hate stopping and starting a video so that I can write down the ingredients and instructions. At least this video shows on the screen the amounts of each ingredient as she adds it.
