What's for Dinner, Thurs., Sept. 13, 2018

Dinner out for us tonight in the Ironbound, at our favorite Portuguese restaurant. I think I'll probably go with fish francese, however, they hired a new chef about a year ago and he has been phasing in many new dishes. We've tried many of them and been quite happy with his efforts.

what 1 place called it. made a BBQ sauce(no smoke). br sugar/ketchup/cider vinegar. but i improved my grandma's w/ onion + bell pepper. for chinese, added raw celery, catyenne, soy sauce + heat.

cucumber/coleslaw sauce- 1/2 + 1/2, dissolve white sugar + add cider vinegar to taste or any vinegar. thickens. i used red cabbage, onion, bell pepper + celery. was best when i had less cabbage.
