Indian food with my brother. The spinach pakora was my fave, but the tandoori chicken and chicken tikka were so tender. Vegetable biryani with coconut basmati. Rice kheer (rice cooked in milk with raisins and almonds) for dessert.

(22,023 posts)Whenever I have it, I crave it again the next day! Generally, I'm a vindaloo kind of guy and I really love the breads, especially Aloo Paratha. Yum!
Alas, I'm alone in the country so I'm going to grill a couple of burgers. The local grocery store makes an awesome macaroni and cheese. And I'll throw together a simple green salad and use the last of the tomatoes from the garden.
I think I've got some chocolate ice cream left...

I can't get the RG to go to an Indian restaurant with me, so I'm glad my brother and I could go.

(5,641 posts)The stuffing is red quinoa, black beans, lime juice, onion, garlic, cumin and fresh cilantro and crushed tomato. Cheese in and on top.
Fresha crema: Sour cream, lime juice and cilantro. Stir it or whir it together for a great finish. Hitting it with the lime on the plate again was good too.
