Leaving tomorrow, so cleaning out the frig. I think it will be the last of the Chinese dumplings. Cantalope for dessert.

Oven crisped corn tortillias, by basting with olive oil sprinkled on chilli & cumin, put the chickpea mix, cheese, lettuce & avocados on top. Cold decafe tea

We're going to grill some NY strip steaks from the local supermarket. They have an amazing butcher!

Grilled corn on the cob and a green salad.

Lemon sherbet for dessert.
