What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 28, 2018

Whatever they serve on the airplane, which leaves around 6 pm Central.

The RG has been sending me pics of the goodies he has made for later when I get home, around 10. There is a beautiful vegetable pie, kind of quiche-like that I am looking forward to.

The sauce is made with Dijon mustard, white wine, garlic and soy sauce. Hubby will have carrots and leftover risotto; spinach for me.

We're having Thai food. My landlady(!) bought some spring rolls in Chinatown last week (frozen) and they'll be paired with boneless chicken breasts baked with a peanut sauce. Served with yellow rice. Vegetable crudités on the side.

We'll have green tea ice cream for dessert.
