Brats for subs in the crock pot with onions, peppers, garlic, tomato puree and spices. Potato salad on the side.

I'm having quiche with broccoli, sweet peppers, onion and Vermont cheddar and a salad with homemade maple balsamic dressing. If I have time, an apple crisp made with Vermont MacIntosh apples.

some frozen. I made an orange sauce. We had rice and gluten free spring rolls and pot stickers. For dessert I had made banana bread (gluten free) which turned out well.
