I stayed home. Ate some blue tortilla chips with chunky salsa. Then a baked potato with both butter on one side and sour cream on the other. Then some roast pork. Then pecan toffee.

And y'know what? I'm not bloated. Just enough.

You are an absolute darling to ask.

I didn't have Thanksgiving tradition growing up, so this, for me is like making Martian food.

I feel like a always get something wrong. And I like to do my own thing cookingwise...

Two slices of turkey
One slice of ham
Stuffing
Mashed potatoes
Green beans
Cranberry cup
Corn bread muffin
Apple pie for dessert.

I had to work so when I got done I went there and got my takeout. $14.95 plus tip.
It was pretty tasty too!

Friday ...so dinner then and they come back on Saturday when their brother will be here...cooking two Thanksgiving dinners in my galley non-remodeled kitchen...next year will be better as the house should be done. (Just moved in July). I this write on Saturday with chocolate cheesecake in the oven ( Son's favorite...to late for overnight so into the freezer it goes! I was to tired last night). The chocolate and butterscotch pie are gone so two more plus I made a sweet potato pie and a pumpkin pie. I found non-dairy almond Rediwhip for the dairy intolerant and am making whipped cream for the rest. My eldest daughter is gluten intolerant like me (celiac) so the menu is adjusted for that also. We had Turkey, ham green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, cheesy potatoes, sweet potato casserole (left over sweet potatoes from pie), and gravy...before the feast we had pate (found it at Trader Joes)...delicious, assorted cheese (goat for those who can't drink cows milk, cowboy caviar and blue chips,Helluva Onion dip with chips, vegie platter. For dessert, the pies I mentioned above and assorted cookies and candy I bought at Trader Joes. Happy Thanksgiving.
