when it comes to soups, I typically use kale instead of spinach because it holds up better. But I do like spinach very much.

I’ve been baking and sampling Christmas cookies all day and need something healthy. I’m going to use my Instant pot for the second time for the chicken. I’m hoping it turns out as well as the chuck roast did.

Turkey breast. I'm just going to season it with Bold Creole seasoning and roast it at 375 for two hours.

Those roasted potatoes on the back of the onion soup box. My family loves those MSG potatoes!

Sauteed spinach with garlic, red pepper and a little lemon juice.
