What's for Dinner, Tues., Dec. 4, 2018

It's cold here, so I'm making a pot of beef-tomato-vegetable soup.

To go with it, cornbread, which I'm baking fresh tonight.

16. that sounds yummy

when it comes to soups, I typically use kale instead of spinach because it holds up better. But I do like spinach very much.

3. Chicken breasts and cooked cabbage.

Iíve been baking and sampling Christmas cookies all day and need something healthy. Iím going to use my Instant pot for the second time for the chicken. Iím hoping it turns out as well as the chuck roast did.

4. Meat 'n veg 'n starch

Turkey breast. I'm just going to season it with Bold Creole seasoning and roast it at 375 for two hours.

Those roasted potatoes on the back of the onion soup box. My family loves those MSG potatoes!

Sauteed spinach with garlic, red pepper and a little lemon juice.

8. lkinwi gave me an idea.

I'll toaster oven roast 2 boneless thighs, olive & sesame oil,s&p and do a shredded carrot-cabbage saute.
I got a fancy drinking chocolate, so during the movie later, spiced hot chocolate.
