Why oh why Canada Dry?

My trivial annoyance of week

Been buying Canada dry club soda for maybe 20 + years and boom they decide to switch from glass to plastic ! So sad. Will have to switch to Schweppes.

Call me crazy but ever since I heard Cheryl Crow..years ago talk about all the things she's learned since getting cancer I try to avoid plastic at all costs..for food and drink. Her biggest warning.

would buy the chemical filled sodas.

Such a good way to take something bad out of your diet. I have been thinking I might want a Seltzer maker. Do you like it?

But my kitchen is so small I don't even think I have room for another appliance. I've been meaning to look at the label of club soda because I think I read that it has salt in it. I don't know it just tastes different and better to me than Perrier or similar. And I am also picky about carbonation....want high fizz.

When I want some, I add the cartridge on and squirt the glass full. I get better fizz when everything is colder. It's smaller in width then a gallon of milk, so no big deal in the fridge for me. I've had it plain with ice, put fruit juices in the bottom of a glass, then a sprizt, adding ice after.
