Spicy meatball sammiches using a baguette.
Coleslaw made from scratch using Savoy cabbage. Various vegetables like carrot and a few red and yellow peppers mixed in for color.
Salt and vinegar lentil chips.
A beer or two if I have any. If I don't a friend might bring some German weiss beer by.
Dessert: blueberries and strawberries with whipped cream. If I am up to it, I might look up some type of recipe for those drop biscuits Irisblue mentions now and then.

I made the rice in the instapot. This is the second time I've used it (first time was sort of terrible). This time, just a tad too little water.

(1,975 posts)Us? Beef pot roast with potatoes, onions and carrots; green beans (frozen, unfortunately, but heck, with a little butter they're good), superb gravy (I make great gravy) and the beer bread I made yesterday!
Dessert is some frozen berries we picked last fall with 'nilla ice cream.
Y'all enjoy! I want the recipe for the lentil chips!
