What's for Dinner, Mon., Jan. 28, 2019

I'm starting this meal off with a few crackers with chicken liver spread. A little chardonnay.

We're having more of our lamb pie. There are also stuffed peppers. The stuffing is ground chicken, seasoned with garlic and herbs.

A chopped salad that the RG made with zucchini, carrot, red onion and a few other vegetables. He also made the dressing

Side dish of greens: Swiss chard, baby bok choy, and minced red onion.

It's just for me, so it's being cooked in a pie pan. I made my husband fried fish (his fave) but now he's jealous haha,

Bacon, eggs, potatoes and waffles.

I'm trying to lose some weight.
I think I'll be eating brown rice and spinach with a little lemon.

And seasalt and vinegar chips.

A Seattle dog has cream cheese and grilled onions. I used angus hotdogs, whipped cream cheese and the grilled onions. Toast the bun or bread lightly. Mmmm mmm. Real good. I was hesitant about my first one last year...but it really is tasty! 😋
