Posting early due to working late.Chicken francese, one of my favorite dishes!
Bibb lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes, tiny mozzarella balls, Persian cucumber and red onion.
Eggplant slice with honey goat cheese on top.

(32,928 posts)Beyond Meat, the Beyond Burger- 2burgers/ $6, a bit pricey. It is a 4 oz patty w/ minimal shrinkage, and since today is a test, I did my usual melted swiss cheese, grilled onion and whole grain bread. It was fine and I'd spend the $ again. It is more like a beef burger then the soy burgers I've had.
Broccoli-Carrot-onion side salad, French dressing. Decafe tea.

(5,631 posts)A colleague at work made it. I made roasted garlic and rosemary foccacia to go with. We both ate early - me one the way out and he works swing so he hadnt been there very long. We have a laid back atmosphere so it worked out. It was very good soup!

(46,020 posts)Took chicken sausage out of casings. Made a chicken meatloaf recipe with minced Vidalia onions, kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, fine lemon rind, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, eggs, Panko crumbs. Made 9 patties and gently sauteed in EVOO on a cast iron oval pan. Topped with Mozzarella and served on sprouted buns.
