Coffee, banana, ice water and meds.

When I get to work, another cup of coffee.

Exciting, isn't it? (wink)

I assemble it the night before, so it’s ready in the morning. First I mix cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup into the yoghurt. Then I stir in dried cranberries, frozen blueberries and frozen cherries. The granola goes in a separate container, to which I add raw pecans, walnuts and toasted flax seeds. Everything is organic. My excuse for being a fanatic is a belief that food is medicine, and we are what we eat.

half a banana (Scout {doggie} gets the rest), sourdough toast, and coffee (yay). For some reason, I am into parentheses this morning. Is that good or bad? I’ll never know.

went to farm market a while ago hoping to find a tomato with flavor to have with bagel + cream cheese my brother brought over a while ago; tomato 'iffy,' and cream cheese 'off-ish.' Should I return for heirlooms?

Sorry it appears my neighbor doesn't have any tomatoes up this year; MAYbe cause they have triplets, all just graduated from collegeS, so they've been busy!!!
