Strawberries and cantaloupe, with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt, which is always Chobani in my house....

Had my coffee an hour ago outside with my pupper. It’s a beautiful morning here.

And I am about to go out and plant cucamelons and zucchini. Cucamelons look like little watermelons but taste a bit like cucumbers. This will be the first year I've grown them.

However, first I will have strawberries and blueberries. The RG purees a few of the berries together, along with a little bit of crema Mexicana, a drop of ginger syrup, and a drop or two of agave. Then he chops the strawberries into quarters and puts a few more whole blueberries in. Three or four whole walnuts on the side.

That would have been a good opportunity for some protein, though, in the form of cottage cheese. But it's so good with the puree.
Maybe I'll have some cottage cheese and a little ham for the protein later, though.

Oh and I forgot to add: tart cherry kombucha to drink.

Raisin Bran muffin, coffee. I am eclectic with yogurt-sometimes Chobani, sometimes Flage (sp), sometimes Yoplait (can’t resist Strawberry Mist), sometimes Oukios (sp).

Two scrambled eggs, slice of cinnamon raisin bread, and coffee.

FLFC has not visited with me this morning, preferring to slumber instead.
