I like & used this recipe yesterday.

Spicy pickles on the side, buttered & steamed broccoli sprouts, usual decafe cold tea.

I have street corn, green beans sautéed with garlic and olive oil, salad with homemade ranch on the menu. For dessert we have strawberries and assorted cookies.

I see the taco dressing plate is quite unusual. Different kinds of meats, chopped raddichio (!?), aged cheddar, and numerous other items. Chopped tomatoes and roasted shishito peppers. Also fresh corn off the cob and he mixed it with seasonings and butter. Fresh cilantro--the RG even went upstairs in the rain for this, LOL.

I made a salad from my garden lettuces, but we're short on raw vegetables. After 2 days in the refrig, my homegrown carrots aren't very good. Still, the lettuce should carry the day.
