What's for Dinner, Mon., July 1, 2019

The RG is making a cucumber topping for the bread he bought at the Asian market. The tuna steak we had the other night was so large that there was quite a bit left over, so he made a tossed tuna salad and this will go over the bread that has the cucumbers layered on it.

For dessert, I bought chocolate-covered almond biscotti and we will have it with cold chamomile tea.

Reheated in a cast-iron skillet. Learning to reheat pizza in cast iron makes leftovers downright yummy. A nectarine in Greek yogurt for dessert.
