What's for Dinner, Sun., July 7, 2019

I'm making a recipe from a cookbook called Wild About Greens by Nava Atlas. The name of the recipe is "Hoisin-Glazed Bok Choy with Tofu & Soba Noodles."

Some of the ingredients, besides those listed in the recipe title, are carrots, scallions, ginger, and almonds.

The RG is cooking, too, about which I will post back later because his is a creative process and mine is a "follow the directions" process. At this point he doesn't know what it's going to be.

For dessert, we'll probably have one of our fruit tarts that he made yesterday, the ones with apples, kiwi, and blackberries and blueberries.

I hear the blender going now. Off to elbow my way to some kitchen counter space.

Steak, fried eggs and chips(fries).

The steak will be Spanish Wagyu though and I will fry a couple of tomato's from the garden cut in half in the pan too.
If I get overly excited maybe a salad for those with such an inclination(my wife) and possibly a pepper sauce.
