I've been saving up drumstick bones from the air fryer and I'll make the broth in the pressure cooker, strain it, and freeze it for later. I use it instead of water when I make chili. It comes out pretty good.

broth too. I haven't been cooking indoors much lately but soon enough it will be time again.

carrots? onion? celery? a bit of salt? bay leaf? In the past when I made bone broth I cracked the big bones so the marrow would add more flavor...

That's probably the americanized spelling. I do Turkey bones after Thanksgiving.
