What's your favorite way to cook Mackrel?

Just got two big filets yesterday and was pondering a cooking method?
Pan fry? Steam with garlic? Broil???

But if the filets are big enough and have a skin side - I would season with mirin salt and pepper and broil.

Because that's how my wife does butterflied whole mackeral and I love that stuff
