Related: About this forumI had a Beyond Meat burger last night
I cooked it on the grill and I have to admit, it tasted remarkably like the real McCoy, as my dad would say. Both the texture and flavor were darn close to burger meat. It was pretty firm and it reminded me of an over cooked hamburger. On a bun with mayo, catchup, and cheese, I doubt you could tell it was fake. I'm sold. (I bought some stock in the company and figured I needed to sample what they made!) I was not disappointed.
Has anyone else tried it?

(4,919 posts)... plus the Beyond Burgers... I really like them, especially the Beyond Bratwurst. The burger gave my friend indigestion, though.

I tried those morning star farms grillers, pretty good.
Their buffalo "chicken" patties are outstanding.
