What's for Dinner, Fri., Oct. 18, 2019

Chicken francese and mashed potatoes that had been roasted first with garlic and seasonings.

Kale salad (my homegrown) with apples and dried cranberries. Toasted pignolis and crumbled goat cheese.

Dessert: the cheese balls that have had no-sugar apricot spread added to them. Hot chamomile to drink.

I'm finishing a recording session just north of Canal Street so the Landlady(!)-- who is crazy about food shopping in Chinatown-- will meet me in an hour or so and we'll go to one of our favorite joints for a delicious repast. I'm thinking egg foo young.
