What's for Dinner, Wed., Oct. 30, 2019

The RG fixed pork chops by breading them. He first dipped them in a mixture of sage, garlic, and bread crumbs and then roasted them. Midway through, however, he put on a topping of spaghetti squash. On top of the squash, as they were finished, he sprinkled freshly grated parmesan.

In addition, mushrooms, sliced. I think shittakes. Broccoli with garlic and red pepper.

Apple cider to drink.

Dessert: caramel apples for dessert later. After dipping, the apples were rolled in chopped peanuts. (I didn't make them, I bought them.)

An omelet (2 brown, extra-large eggs from my friend's pet chickens, Hazel, Bertha, and Candice, caramelized onions, blistered grape tomatoes, and medium Pinconning cheese. I'll top it off with some of my super-duper, $35/bottle extra-aged Tabasco Sauce. Homemade bread toast with Kerry Gold butter and red raspberry preserves.
