1. My Sister has this cook book, by Laurel Williams

""The Mediterranean Diet for Beginners: 500 Craveable Mediterranean Diet Recipes for Everyday to Lose Weight Fast"
Everything she has cooked from it has been good.
A suggestion, next time you are at the library, browse their cookbook section, I've gotten some good ideas that way

2. Do you like Diane Kochilas' show ?

Check your local PBS station for listings; if you buy her recipe books through them they usually keep a small part of the payment to support PBS.

If you're not familiar with the show, there are episodes available online.

I have to confess I haven't made any of these particular recipes myself, I just enjoy Greek & Middle Eastern food.

4. Any good Greek or Lebanese cookbook would do fine.

Thatís all the Mediterranean diet really is. Just the foods eaten by those living along the Mediterranean coast.
