What's for Dinner, Sat., Dec. 7, 2019

Bagel crisps (homemade) with various toppings such as salmon & egg salad, barbecue chicken, basil pesto, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, and cream cheese with black olives in it.

Pork meatballs with tomato sauce. This is something the RG made before he went off on business, so all I have to do is warm it up.

Very simple green salad with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.

Dessert: spice cookie topped with chocolate and ginger stars. Mug of hot white chocolate.

with leftover roast leg of lamb that we had at Thanksgiving. Homemade scratch biscuits to go with. Dessert is maybe extra biscuits with some honey or jam.

We just got back from grocery shopping, but I don't feel much like cooking. I'll make something nice tomorrow.

If I go looking for something sweet later, I'll have a cup of hot cocoa.

Have had a cold so this is my comfort food.
Celery, carrot and leek will add color, flavor and vitamins!
