What's for Dinner, Sat., Dec. 14, 2019

I've practically got the refrigerator cleared out so it's a good thing the RG is on his way back from Australia. That's why I stopped for Chinese at a buffet place we have in this town. I bought what looked good, but just little bits of each:

Orange sesame chicken
Teriyaki chicken
Beef with broccoli
Chinese noodles
Stir fry rice with vegetables

For dessert later, I think it will be spice cookies and chocolate and a hot white chocolate to drink with it.

A friend of ours is having a "Christmas Open House." I imagine we'll be fed there.

I had a late lunch so that I wouldn't go there and fill up on naughty food.

However, I'm kind of hoping she'll have some high-octane eggnog. I don't buy eggnog for the house. If they sold eggnog year-round I'd weigh 900 lbs.

I hope you have a great time at the Christmas Open House.

I noticed driving home all kinds of parties going around the neighborhood. 'Tis the season!
