What's for Dinner, New Year's Eve, Tues., Dec. 31, 2019

Earlier we had steaks, tossed green salad, broccoli rabe, and for dessert, pear slices and a couple different kinds of cheese--comte, parmesan.

Then I took the RG to the airport because he's flying to Paris. However, I may do another meal tonight but it will be roasted vegetables.

Yes, we went shopping. But it was an all afternoon sort of thing and neither of us feels much like cooking.

I have plans for a nice dinner tomorrow.

My visiting friend is preparing 2 chicken dishes, one with garbanzos, the other oven roasted with vegs.

Prosecco and Bailey's later, then ice cream.

CarbFest! Garlicky shrimp and olive oil over linguine.
Homemade lemon sherbet...and perhaps a Lindt truffle or two.
