What's for Dinner, Thurs., Jan. 9, 2019

We had an early dinner at the Portuguese restaurant, since it is on the way home from the airport where I picked up the RG from Paris. Ordered grilled salmon and he had boiled whiting. Both meals served with a mountain of vegetables: broccoli, green beans, potatoes, carrots, and rapini.

For dessert we had orange cake and serradura.

Not feeling great...comfort food and easy to make....one pot with a mix of velveeta and cheddar.
