I had another omelet like I had yesterday (made w/ beans & rice an cheese) because it was CRAZY good.

1/2 English muffin

coffee w/ sweetener

1. For me this AM my usual Almond and Vanilla protein bar with rice milk. I'm out of eggs. Used the

last ones to make lemon bars yesterday.

2. Cottage cheese

Sent hubby to the store back when I was under the weather and he bought the wrong kind so it needs some doctoring up with whipped cream and fruit.

3. I went to the customer service counter at the supermarket

and put an item I asked the RG to buy on the counter.

I said, "You cannot send a man to the grocery store and expect him to come home with the right thing." There were several female customers beside me and two women behind the counter. Within a minute, every single woman behind and in front of the counter, was nodding. Nothing more was said.

I had a Brioche roll with a half sausage and a half an egg on it. Delish. Salad with peppers and tomato on the side.

5. Had to laugh at that

Most recent occurrence: Gave him a shopping list that had sausage on it. I'd already told him I was going to make chili. So he comes home with link sausages and cocktail weenies. "You didn't specify".

Here’s the thing ...

We always grocery shop together. He packs the items in our tote bags at the checkout. For years, I have been buying Breakstone’s 4% fat cottage cheese. There’s always a carton of it in our refrigerator. So, I just figured he knew what I bought!

He came home with an off brand that was labeled Low Fat because “I figured you’d want the low fat kind.”

Oh well, he tried.

rye toast. Coffee and cream, at least twice, while I watch the news.
