I am having breakfast from the cutest little "afternoon tea" box that the RG brought me from his Aer Lingus trip yesterday. It had half a sweet chili sauce-chicken tortilla in it (I know, not very Irish, right?) and a "chocolate crispie". I had a mandarin and a few nuts to go with it, along with a cup of ginger tea that I made fresh this morning. Anyway, the little box it came in was so cute. It has a picture of a covered cake box on front and it says "afternoon tea." Also "handmade in Ireland" which I guess means packed by hand in Ireland.

The RG says he's making some bacon, potatoes, and eggs, so I imagine I'll have a bite or two of that late in the morning.

Fresh eggs from our chickens. With whole grain toast slathered in real unsalted butter and strawberry jam. Coffee.
