What's for Dinner, Thurs., Feb. 27, 2020

Salad plate: Grilled romaine salad with blue cheese (melted) on top. Next to the grilled romaine is an orzo salad with spinach, feta, black olives, butternut squash cubes, and whole almonds. There are also peppadew peppers on the side.

Potato soup made with Swiss chard.

Dessert: I'm making truffles but the recipe uses cream cheese instead of cream. Hot ginger tea.

for our County Democrats monthly meeting tonight. Someone else is bringing a meatless pasta dish and if things go per usual, lots of cookies from the grocery store! We early voted in the OK primary today so we should have a spirited meeting!
