I have steak in the sous vide circulator and potatoes in the oven. Come dinner time, I just have to sear the steak and throw a bag of veggies into the microwave to finish cooking dinner.

sunny...The woodpeckers, chickadees, and doves are back out here in Lancaster, Pa.
Dinner is butternut squash soup, naan, and whole wheat mac and cheese with a panko parmesan topping. Made at home of course!
Dessert is tea with either shortbread cookies or gumdrop (or both)

with a bone-in breast. The ribs make a natural rack, and I loosen the skin and place slices of garlic between the flesh and skin. Then rub a little olive oil on and sprinkle herbs over it.

We had this with mashed potatoes and gravy and some asparagus. No dessert ... jealous of the cakes ... but I do have some caramel macchiato cookies
