What's for Dinner, Mon., Mar. 16, 2020

Broiled codfish on top of macaroni with basil pesto and tomatoes mixed into it. The codfish will have butter-thyme mixture basted on the top as it broils.

Salad is torn romaine with grated carrots and the ginger-sesame dressing I made a couple days ago.

There is a plate of vegetables. Glazed sweet potatoes and glazed carrots. In between is a string bean and also a slice of cheese.

Hot ginger tea for dessert tonight.

Just got back from cooking for Dad & Sis. Don't feel much like cooking a second meal. We'll doctor it up as usual.

Dad & Sis got homemade Salisbury steak w/ mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli & carrots.
